#StudentGovernment: The Crusader’s Triumphs in Landslide Victory, Kent D. Reyes succeeded in HCCC Leadership Elections

By: Charm Eïzen C. Hinoguin (7-Wisdom A)

August 30, 2023, a highly anticipated election, Reyes secured the decisive victory as newly elected President in the Supreme Student Government (SSG), following to lead the new set of officers.

As Reyes claimed, “Since I'm about to start, I can see that as president I must be able to be ready at all times, to have the courage, compassion, and the determination to handle whatever will come and whatever will happen.”

These words didn’t state any promises, but he would like to take anything not just words but also through actions. This election didn’t last the whole day, and we see the students were ecstatic about the outcome of the results.

In a notable contrast, The Crusaders secured the commanding lead from President down to Grade 11 representative except for the Grade 12 representative, while the Boses ng Kabataan Partylist did their best in the election.

The induction of officers, scheduled for September 1, 2023, will officially mark the beginning of their term. The new SSG officers will surely make improvements for this S.Y., and a great motivation through all Holy Crossians. Together we will all look forward or their success and capabilities in accomplishing their vision into reality.

The newly elected officers are the following:
